By embracing people’s differences, businesses can spark innovation, better understand and serve customers, and gain competitive advantage. Businesses should challenge their employees to appreciate the differences of others and see those differences as potential drivers of change. This panel discussion will look at successful diversity and inclusion initiatives that other businesses have implemented.
