Please join us for our June Lunch Meeting!
Why, despite equal intellectual capacity, training, or experience, do some people excel while others with the same abilities don’t achieve the same level of success? Emotional intelligence is the critical factor. Emotional Intelligence (EI/EQ) is the ability to manage emotions within ourselves while building collaborative relationships with others. By understanding the connection between our cognitive and emotional intelligences, we can learn to make more focused, effective decisions and handle situations with calm and confidence. Emotional Intelligence positively impacts our lives, our performance, and our relationships – personally and professionally.
