“Lead Yourself First” is a practical model of Leadership to help anyone who leads, from the C-Suite Executive to parent. There are four pillars within “Lead Yourself First,” identified as essential qualities for all effective and transformational leaders. Audience participants will be guided along the journey of a fictitious academic leader as he discovers his style of leadership through the four pillars of “Lead Yourself First.” The main objective of this presentation is to simplify the concept of Leadership into a practical and memorable model that can be implemented by anyone who leads.
