Attendees will learn 3 Strategies to Retain and Engage Millennial Leaders in the Workplace

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Millennials are currently the largest generation in the U.S workforce as of 2016. By 2020 Millennials are projected to occupy 75% of the workforce.

This creates fantastic opportunities for creative innovation in the global workplace, however, cracking the millennial retention code can be rather challenging for organizations.

  •  53% of hiring managers say it’s difficult to find and retain top performing millennials.
  • 58% of millennials expect to leave their jobs in 3 year or less.
  • 75% of millennials are loyalty-lite which skyrockets your organizations recruiting, training and development costs.
