How to Build a Better Employment Brand

In an increasingly competitive marketplace, attracting and retaining the right kind of talent is vital to a company’s ability to grow and thrive.  A strong employer brand is a powerful business tool that can connect an organization’s values, people strategy and HR policies to the overall company brand.  As employer brands are based on abstract factors such as appearance, character, and perception, the ability to discover what it is about a brand that creates an emotional impulse and sense of personal identification for prospective candidates with a company, can prove invaluable to employers.
