A key element of maintaining competitiveness as an employer in talent markets and effectively managing human capital investment is knowing what other employers are doing with their rewards. The Gallagher annual Benefits Strategy and Bench-marking Survey is the largest in the US. In this session, we will bring you the latest 2019 bench-marking information and go way beyond data like deductibles and coinsurance to discuss the reports’ strategic insights, employers’ operational priorities, total rewards strategies and tactics for cost control. Just a few of our discussion points include: bench-marking data from over 4,000 employers across all industries, data on employer tactics for cost control, communication, engagement and technology. We will also explore the strategies used by our Best In Class employers - those employers who report lower turnover, a more engaged population as well as those who have managed their healthcare costs significantly better than their peers.
Meet your presenter:
Nicole is an Area Senior Vice President and the Tampa and Naples Market Leader for Gallagher (GBS) in the Tampa, Florida office. Nicole has over twenty years of benefits consulting and human resources experience.
Nicole is responsible for managing Tampa and Naples including day to day operations, client and carrier relationships and team sales results. She also maintains a client base of varying employers including Public Entities as well as groups in the Health Care Industry, those with Union representation and Government Contractors.
Nicole was recently named a 2018 Power Broker finalist by Risk and Insurance magazine. Nicole was also named one of Employee Benefit Advisor’s 2018 Top Women in Benefit Advising. Prior to joining Gallagher, Nicole was the Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Brown & Brown Insurance in their Metro D.C. office. She was responsible for managing the department including directing operations, sales process and client deliverables. Nicole also maintained a book of business of employers with multi locations and government contractors.
Nicole graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She received her Group Benefits Disability Specialist designation in 2010.
Nicole believes in community involvement and giving back and is a graduate of Leadership Prince William. Nicole is a Paul Harris Fellow and Past President of the Dunedin Waterside Rotary Club.
