Please join us for our September lunch meeting!
Streamlining of processes and practices and an ever increasing rate of change are shifting the core work of HR away from the transactional, leaving the increased priority of addressing the remaining, and naturally ambiguous, transformational needs. A significant opportunity to refocus on transformational practices rests in the hands of the leaders, and their followers, who choose to embrace a mindset and culture that creates space for change and innovation.
