Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent - Ten Ways to Ensure You Have Great People

The US Chamber of Commerce polled members of the organization, asking them what their two biggest challenges they are facing business today: finding top talent and retaining the talent. In this presentation you'll find my best explanation and demonstration of how to find exceptional individuals and maintain their faith in your goals.  As a lifetime student with over twenty years in the staffing and human resources industry, I have learned what it takes to locate and keep extraordinary people. Now, you can benefit from my trials and successes with this helpful presentation that will provide you with the “how to” guide. We built our business by asking our clients for their hard to fill positions and then filling them. This presentation will give you the tools you'll need to take your company to the next level. These lessons have been proven to help businesses hire and retain top talent year after year.

First Quarter Community Cause

Among other services, Valerie’s House provides open-ended peer support groups and activities for children to heal after a significant loss in their life. Valerie's House is not a formal counseling center, it is a community and a platform for individuals to come together, and share and mentor one another through grief. There is nothing of this kind in Southwest Florida — Valerie’s House was the first organization between Tampa and Miami focused on supporting grieving children on an ongoing basis.
