Since 1982, Joshua A. Sky has served as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he has been living in Southwest Florida since 1995. Combining an M.A. in Education with a B.A. in Sociology, Joshua has served as an internal trainer and a contract trainer, facilitator and coach for a wide range of organizations.
Joshua also consults with small organizations in the development, launch and ongoing administration of their Performance Management programs. With professional experiences in the corporate, healthcare, government, nonprofit and public education sectors, Joshua currently presents personally customized and pre-developed training programs throughout the United States.

Joshua is a national member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). After joining ASTD in 1995, Joshua had the privilege of serving his local professional colleagues as the President of the Southwest Florida Chapter in 1998, and again briefly in 2001. He’s a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Joshua is also an active member, who has served as a Board member and on numerous committees of two local Florida SHRM chapters – HR Collier (in Naples since 2004), and HRMA of Southwest Florida (in Fort Myers since 2010).
